We make specimen returns simple.

Once your patient specimens have been collected and packaged according to the collection instructions, submit a pickup request below. Our team will coordinate pickup with our courier service and confirm your scheduled pickup.

Before You Request a Pickup

Please ensure:

✓ All specimens are properly labeled.

✓ All required documentation has been completed.

✓ Specimens are securely packaged according to collection guidelines.

✓ Your shipment is ready for pickup.

Same-Day Pickup Preferred

To help ensure optimal specimen quality and timely laboratory processing, we recommend requesting same-day specimen pickup whenever possible. Same-day pickup requests must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. (noon).
